Energy saving is an essential concern in building services engineering as a significant proportion of energy consumption in the European Union is due to building’s operation. The improvement of the Energy Performance of buildings / households and the reduction of CO2 emissions has lead the Cypriot Government to adopt the 2010/31/EE in building regulations.
